Facility Description:

The Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program consists of structured sessions that are designed to teach participants early recovery and relapse prevention skills.

We offer a comprehensive Transitional Housing program to men and women who are struggling with homelessness or who are unable to secure safe, sober housing.

We work with Veteran’s Administration to provide housing and treatment program for homeless Veterans. A six month to one year program that is designed to help Veterans access benefits, healthcare, substance use disorder treatment and secure permanent housing. make a change for t
